Reporting to the Spa Assistant Director, you'll play a key role in creating a relaxing, elevated environment while leading a team dedicated to exceptional guest service.This Schedule Is a MustThis position's schedule is Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday, with no exceptions. If you're looking for a leadership role where weekends are part of your regular schedule, we'd love to hear from you.Salary: Starting at 60k DOEWhat You'll DoSupport the Spa Assistant Director in leading daily Spa & Fitness Center operations.Lead, coach, train, schedule, and motivate spa team members while maintaining service and productivity standards.Help create a tranquil, polished, and welcoming environment for every guest.Oversee staffing, performance, payroll, inventory, supplies, and daily operational needs.Handle guest concerns with professionalism, sound judgment, and a commitment to positive resolutions.Partner with Group Sales on group bookings, events, and partnerships.Monitor spa presentation, cleanliness, safety, and opening/closing standards.Conduct pre-shift and departmental meetings to keep the team informed and engaged.Develop team members through coaching, feedback, performance reviews, and growth opportunities.Lead by example and ensure WinStar's service and hospitality standards are consistently reflected throughout the Spa.What We're Looking For3+ years of spa management experience; hotel spa experience strongly preferred.Current professional licensure as a cosmetologist, nail technician, massage therapist, and/or esthetician is required.Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills.Excellent communication, organization, time management, and follow-through.Strong financial understanding with the ability to interpret operational numbers and manage within budget.Experience with spa reservation, scheduling, and customer management systems.A professional, polished presence and a genuine passion for hospitality.CPR and/or First Aid certification preferred.Ability to work Thursday–Monday, including weekends and holidays.Why WinStar?Join a dynamic hospitality environment where you'll have the opportunity to lead a talented team, make an impact on the guest experience, and grow within one of the region's premier resort destinations.Ready to lead something exceptional?
