Summary:
Responsible for inspecting and finishing metal surfaces to ensure cleanliness and absence of surface irregularities before painting.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Grinds parts and/ or components to acceptable surface profiles.
• Applies adhesives, caulk, and bondo to appropriate metal surfaces.
• Smooths surface of parts to a specified finish.
• Polishes metal surface.
• Examines and feels surface of metal to detect defects such as dents, scratches, or breaks in metal.
Other duties may be assigned.

Benefits: ( Beginning on 91st day one of employment unless stated otherwise)

- 4-on 4-off schedule; off half of the weekends during the year
