Job Description
We are seeking Industrial Inside Sales Representatives to join our Jacksonville team. This is a sales-focused role designed for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, developing new business, growing existing accounts, and helping customers identify the right products and solutions. Candidates with experience in industrial distribution, construction supply, manufacturing, MRO, wholesale distribution, building materials, or fasteners are strongly encouraged to apply. You will work closely with Outside Sales Representatives and serve as an important point of contact for customers. This position combines account management, inbound sales, outbound business development, product support, and order follow-up. Must have 3+ years of industrial sales and/or account management to be considered.
salary: $23 - $28 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer and internal team inquiries received by phone, email, fax, and in person.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers and prospective customers to develop new business.
- Identify opportunities to grow existing customer accounts.
- Prospect for new customers and sales opportunities.
- Use a consultative selling approach to understand customer projects, applications, and purchasing requirement.
- Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs.
- Identify complementary products or additional solutions when appropriate.
- Develop strong product and technical knowledge.
- Prepare quotes and respond to customer product and pricing inquiries.
- Follow up on quotes, open opportunities, and customer requests.
- Monitor open orders and coordinate follow-up to help ensure customer commitments are met.
- Maintain accurate customer activity, opportunities, and follow-up information in the CRM
- Stay informed about competitor products, pricing, services, and market activity.
- Pull orders from warehouse and assist in inventory as needed.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
