Job Summary

The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years of experience working in a professional environment. Candidates with experience in Medicare Secondary Payer matters, workers’ compensation and/or liability insurance preferred. Legal, medical and/or claims experience a plus. Candidate will work remotely.

• Outcome-focused, pushing matters forward to resolution

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• Point of contact for prestigious clientele base
\n
• Responsible for successful file management, problem solving and client satisfaction
\n
• Provide updates to internal and external staff/clients regarding case-specific information
\n
• Docketing and follow-up to progress matters toward resolution
\n
• Preparation and/or review of Medicare Set-Aside reports and submissions
\n
• Review and/or dispute of Medicare conditional payments
\n
• Resolve and troubleshoot issues, requiring subject matter knowledge and understanding of company policies and procedures
\n
• Communicate with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services and contractors
\n
